Video Resume Requirement for Applicants

Apply

Whether you are applying as a physician assistant, nurse practitioner, medical assistant, or even if you’re applying as an extern, PediaHealth’s screening team requires a video resume. A video resume is a brief introduction to you as an applicant; it’s a way to highlight things about your application and CV that may not be obvious by simply reading through the text—It’s also a way to say Hello to the screening team. Start by introducing yourself, explaining why you’re interested in applying and what your goals are beyond earning placement at PediaHealth. Due to the volume of applications that our screening team must process, you’re encouraged to submit your video resume via Facebook Messenger, where our office conducts the initial screening of all PediaHealth applicants.

Video Resume Reminders

  1. Though we’re not looking for high production value in your Video Resume, please do ensure that the audio is legible—loud enough, and clear.

  2. We’ll be transacting back and forth via Facebook Messenger, sending each other video messages and audio-only messages, while we vet and screen your application.

  3. You may send as many video messages as you feel is necessary. Avoid sending links to your videos, such as links to YouTube videos or Google Drive folders, as our office firewall will likely block our screening team’s access to these outside files.
